For short lets, our standard service package includes preparing detailed marketing particulars including professional photography (6 plus photos) and a floorplan. We would advertise property on ALL major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla & ONTheMarket), sandersonsuk.com and our social media channels. We would negotiate the terms & conditions of the Licence, ensure an appropriate licence agreement is prepared and signed in line with current legislation with signed copies to be provided to all parties. We would also collect and remit the accommodation fee and deposit monies.
Optional extra services available to you include accompanied viewings, enhanced photography, enhanced referencing, check in/check-out, inventory schedule of condition and check out reports.
