Guaranteed rent and legal protection

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer the most comprehensive rent and legal protection scheme available on the market. This is only available to a very few agents who meet the most stringent requirements regarding their professional conduct. As a consequence of this, the cover provided is significantly better than under other schemes. In particular:

• Any rent not paid by the Tenant is paid to the Landlord 
• Cover continues for up to 12 month’s unpaid rent or until vacant possession is obtained
• There is no excess for the Landlord to pay.
• Cover for up to £50,000 worth of legal expenses arising in respect of any material breach of the Tenancy Agreement by the Tenant.
