Bakers Lane is a collaborative development from Akehurst Homes & Golding Places, consisting of 18 tastefully designed new build homes. The development is located in the popular village of Chartham which is only 3.8 miles from the cultural city of Canterbury. We sold all 18 properties, 12 houses were built by Akehurst Homes, these consisted of 6x 3 bedroom, 1x 4 bedroom and 5x 5 bedroom homes. The properties sold on behalf of Golding Homes Housing Association were all 3 bedroom semi-detached properties. Prices ranged from £350,000 - £650,000.
